AS THE ONLY COMMUNITY OWNED NON-PROFIT JEWISH FUNERAL HOME IN MICHIGAN,  we are not like others, nor do we strive to be.  We are here to guide you through all of the details in arranging a thoughtful and honorable representation of the life of your loved one. We promise to try and ease your path of grief with caring, sensitive, and thoughtful assistance. . We do not hurry decisions.

We offer families two beautiful chapels in a completely renovated facility in which to come together to honor your loved one. But, you may certainly choose to celebrate their life in a more unique setting such as at a graveside or cemetery chapel.  No matter where you decide to gather, the service will make a difference in the lives of all who attend.

It is well known that within the funeral profession,  a large portion of profit is obtained from the marketing and sale of caskets. As a NON-PROFIT AND COMMUNITY OWNED funeral home, HEBREW MEMORIAL CHAPEL is proud of the fact that we firmly believe that ANY casket can provide a dignified funeral service.  We offer a full range of choices from beautiful inlaid mahogany to the simplest plain pine box but the decision is always YOURS to make.

Hebrew Memorial Chapel is a full service funeral home. We can assist you with all of your needs, from choosing a plot anywhere in the world--to helping you decide the best way to provide the proper honor you loved one deserves.  Grief is NOT A BUSINESS.  Instead, it is a natural and emotional life passage that should be treated with dignity and respect. It our sacred duty to provide YOUR LOVED ONE  with the proper religious care AND at the same time HELP YOU, the mourners create  an individualized and modern service in an appropriate setting of your choice.
